Returns and Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your recent purchase or it’s not quite right, no problem! Empower has some return options for you below:
PLEASE NOTE - Any Item/s being returned MUST have the following:
- Tags must be attached, unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging, in excellent condition.
- Tax invoice and return slip enclosed with returned item/s
All garments are subject to inspection. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the item/s are not in their original condition and packaging, have been worn/used, or have make-up marks and/or stains, etc.
Full priced item/s
We will gladly refund or exchange your item/s for you within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 working days for your refund/exchange/credit to be processed. Refunds will be processed with the same payment method used for purchase. If you have used AfterPay as your payment method, your refund will incur a 5% refund processing fee.
Sale and Discounted Item/s
Unfortunately, We cannot offer an exchange or refund on any sale item/s from our MENS OUTLET and/or WOMENS OUTLET. However, Full priced Item/s purchased during a special offer or promotion period, we will gladly exchange or issue you a store credit provided your return is made within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty due to manufacturing defects, is incorrectly described or not of merchandisable quality, please contact us at hello@empowerlifestyle.com.au for further instructions.
How to RETURN:
Please note: All returns are at the customer’s expense. Empower does not cover postal satchels or any freight charges (unless faulty).
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange:
1. Contact us at hello@empowerlifestyle.com.au with your name, contact number, order number and the item you are returning.
2. Purchase a satchel with tracking from Australia Post.
3. Send to :

4. Please retain the official tracking number provided by Australia Post. Empower will not be responsible for investigating or reimbursing any returned items lost in transit.
